What is a Giclée Print?
Giclée prints achieve the closest possible reproduction of an original artwork. All Art Group images are printed using UV archival inks that have been tested to remain stable for 100 years or more. Giclée prints are noted for their high quality image resolution, exceptional richness and depth of colour. Proofing of each image is achieved in collaboration with each artist to ensure the final edition is as faithful to the artist's original work and vision as possible. Each Limited Edition Giclée is signed, titled and numbered by the artist.

What is the “My Gallery” section for?
This section allows you to save anything that captures your interest. These items will be stored in your gallery for when you are ready to buy them. All you need is your email address and a password to create your user account. You can also opt in to receive email newsletters.

How do I place an order?
After having browsed our collection, you will need to select your products by clicking “
Add to Basket to Buy” button located next to the product image. When you're ready to complete your order, click “
Go to Checkout” you will need to register your username and your password as this will enable us to send you an email confirmation for your order and will allow you to track your order via the UPS delivery system . Then you just follow the easy instructions on completing your order, and select your payment option. We can assist you if you need help via email

What is the Framing Studio?
The Framing Studio is an interactive framing service that allows you to pick a customised frame and view it on the print you have chosen. Our own Art Stylist has assigned one to four frames specifically to best complement the print you have selected. Mount boards have also been selected to accompany your chosen image or frame. You can view the framed print against a background to match the wall colour of the room it is to go in to ensure a perfect match. The framing studio will also enable you to email a visual of your selected print to a friend.

Do you deliver or send products outside of the United Kingdom?
Yes. Sometimes however, due to licensing or contractual issues, we may not be able to ship prints from certain artists outside some areas.

Can I deliver to a friend’s address?
Yes, we can normally deliver to any address you specify. However, this can be limited due to licensing or contractual issues. See above.

Can I enter a gift message?
Yes you can send an order as a gift. On the checkout screen you can enter your own message to be received with the package.

Is the Art Group copyright showed on the print that I will receive?
The copyright mark only appears on the website image to protect the usage of the image as a JPEG. This watermark does not appear on the product.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
A confirmation email will be sent shortly after your order has been placed to confirm your order and delivery details.

How are products packaged for shipping?
All efforts are made to ensure your order arrives intact.

- Edition Prints are rolled and inserted into a heavy weight tube.
- Mounted Editions are packed in a corrugated sleeve.
- Framed Editions are packed with corner protectors and bubble-wrap into custom-made mailing boxes to prevent damage during delivery. They are despatched ready to hang.

Is my package insured during the transit?
Yes your package is insured. We guarantee your satisfaction and we will give you a refund, an exchange or a replacement for purchased items you are not satisfied with.

When can I expect to receive my order?
Please allow 30 days for delivery although most orders tend to arrive at their destinations within 7 working days.

How will my picture be delivered?
Your order will be delivered by UPS Mon-Fri 9-am-6pm. You can track recently shipped orders on the “My Details” section.

How will I know when my order has been despatched?
Once your package is sent out from our print centre, you will be emailed a confirmation with a link to the tracking page of the shipper. From receiving this email, you may expect your package to be delivered within 2-3 days in UK and within 3-5 days overseas.

What if I’m not in when my package is delivered?
UPS will leave you a note specifying the date and time the initial delivery was attempted. If you want to arrange another delivery time or specify another delivery address, you will need to contact them on the phone number specified on the note.

Can I get a refund?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return to us the item for replacement or full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. To return an item, please send an email to

How long will it take to receive a refund?
We will be able to process the refund within 14 days of receiving your return and will notify you via email once we have received and processed the returned item.

What do I do if I change my email address or move?
Simply go to “My Details” page and select “Change My Details”. You can then amend your address, personal details or password.
